Your work will involve upgrading back-office web applications used by store teams, building new web interfaces, and developing new applications for both associates and customers. AI will be integral to the features you build and the processes you engage in, providing a unique environment where your contributions can drive real impact. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership and tackle challenges independently, allowing you to see the results of your efforts in a practical setting. You will participate in developing and prototyping AI-powered features, utilizing tools like Claude or Codex, and engaging in the entire software development life cycle, moving from conceptualization to rollout in a collaborative team.
