As an intern at Bombardier, you will collaborate with various internal teams to plan, organize, and execute system development tests. Your role will involve documenting issues for quick resolutions, which includes analyzing electrical schematics and technical requirements while engaging with different systems suppliers. You will also be responsible for developing tools to enhance internal processes and engineering tasks. To excel in this position, it is essential that you are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering, with at least two years of study completed. Experience with electrical schematics, testing, and troubleshooting is crucial, as well as proficiency with programming languages such as MS Access and Visual Basic. You should be capable of working independently, showing initiative in proposing improvements, and possess strong teamwork and organizational skills. Fluency in both English and French is required, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in written and presentation formats. The internship is a 12-month opportunity and requires students, not new graduates, with potential travel outside of Canada for training.
