At Samsara, interns can work on a wide range of high-impact engineering challenges across our connected operations platform. Depending on the team, an intern may help build the backend infrastructure that powers the IoT platform, scale data ingestion, or create user experiences that turn data into actionable insights. The projects may involve working across the full stack or focusing on embedded software. Interns are encouraged to engage with customers to understand their needs, participate in interviews, and ensure their work has meaningful outcomes. You should apply if you have a passion for technology, a curiosity for learning, and an interest in solving complex problems. Minimum requirements include being a junior on track to complete a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field by 2028 or 2029. This is a full-time, paid internship in a hybrid model and interns are expected not to be enrolled in school full-time while working at Samsara.
